great location but small rooms
The location makes it very convenient to explore nearby attractions and the folded armchair bed exceeded my expectations for comfort. The staff were attentive and responsive to our needs which added to a pleasant stay.
The rooms felt cramped for three friends staying together.

The Comfort Triple Room offered a surprisingly spacious layout, making it suitable for families. The large, heavy windows provided a unique old-world charm, allowing a good amount of sunlight to seep in, creating a warm atmosphere.
The sofa beds felt like sleeping on a slab, even after trying to soften them up with mattress toppers. The shower drain was blocked upon arrival, though it was addressed quickly the next day. Operating the heavy windows took some getting used to, and the wear and tear reflected in the somewhat dirty carpet hampered the overall feel. nightly disturbances from the street made for a less restful environment, disrupting the peace one might expect when returning to a hotel room.

After a cheeky jaunt around Vilenza, I can say it’s a spot with some character, close to legends like Good Samaritan and Sahara Grill for scrumptious bites. The location's a winner, just a stone's throw from the tube, making frolicking around town a breeze.
Now, the bathroom could've used a bit of TLC, and let’s be real, the noise from the street could get a bit rowdy, making it tough to catch those Z's. A bit of maintenance wouldn’t hurt, either. Still, London's vibrancy somehow made it fun!

Great family stay!
We had a lovely 3-night stay. The room was super clean and had a fridge and microwave, which was awesome for snacks. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It’s a good spot for families, tho the dining options were kinda limited, would be nice to have more variety.

The hotel staff was amazing and always available to help us out through WhatsApp, which made staying here so easy. We loved relaxing by the pool and enjoyed the cozy lounge area too. The only downside was that the bathroom floor could’ve been cleaner, but it didn’t ruin our overall great experience. 😊

The room was really clean and the bed was super comfy. Plus, having a microwave and fridge was a nice touch for making snacks. I loved how quiet it was, not on a busy street at all. Only downside? It felt a bit cramped for space, especially with four people. But overall, a solid spot for our stay!

Great Stay but Checkout Issues
We enjoyed our 2-night stay in a Comfort Triple Room. The staff were friendly, but we faced challenges during checkout due to unresponsive reception. Be prepared for a delay if you check out early. The decor was cozy, and the location was convenient.

It was just a good match for a mini-vacation in London with exceptional value. The room had basic facilities which were enough for my needs. Try to check the plumbing before settling in to avoid issues like overflow.
